How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically arrives within 5-7 business days after processing

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update

Returns

How do I return an item?

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

To start a return, email us at christina@psalmsandhoney.com with your order number. Do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

Can I exchange for a different item?

We don't process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item (see our return process above) and place a new order once your return is accepted
